Feasibility and masterplanning work for publicly owned site in Auckland’s Victoria Quarter. Involved reworking of the existing roading network to repair pedestrian routes through the precinct as well as consolidating and optimising development lots. Feasibility was completed for a mixed-use programme of apartments and community buildings around a new public park, as well as a four-storey commercial building. Later work in the area included Victoria Quarter visualisations.
