Sandy Bay House

This house features informal planning with a variety of covered exterior spaces.
This is a family beach house in Northland. The house sits 20m above its own private beach. It is split into two buildings: the first contains kitchen/living/dining spaces and the main bedroom suite; the second contains three children’s bedrooms and a bathroom. Movement between the buildings is via covered decks and verandahs – providing an informal character.
