Where do the children play?
Karen Witten et al are part way through a study focused on understanding city children’s relationships with their urban environments. Researchers looked at approximately 250 children from nine Auckland schools that varied in location, housing density, street connectivity, land use mix, walkability and decile rating.
The New Zealand Herald has an article about the study.
